If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly give you a refund or exchange the goods subject to the following terms and conditions.
This does not affect your statutory rights and providing the item is in the same condition and packaging as when it left our warehouse. However, you will be responsible for the cost of transport for the delivery and collection.
If your product is damaged or has missing parts, please report this through to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible preferably within 24 hours. We advise all our customers to check their package upon arrival and prior to signing for the delivery document and advise the courier of any issues. Failing to comply with the terms could prevent any prospect of a full refund. Under distance selling regulations, you have up to 7 days to contact us of any faults or issues.
PLEASE NOTE: we require photographic evidence of damage
After the 7-day period, we can advise and help you with any problems and faults within the 1-year manufacturer’s warranty period. Within this time, we can organise to have your item collected from your residence and endeavor to repair/ replace the item, whichever is suitable. You can also return the item to us, however please insure the item when returning the package.
If the product cannot be repaired we will replace the product, however if the product is out of stock or not available we will offer you a similar product. You could also have the right for a full refund.
Damaged/faulty items returned are subject to careful examination, which may take up to two weeks. Items may not be exchanged/refunded if there is evidence of customer misuse, or damage caused by the customer. Once the examination is complete, you will be notified of the outcome, and if applicable a refund will be processed. We do not give refunds to third parties
